Food Tripping in Palawan

Eating homegrown delicacies is part of the adventure in Palawan. Exotic dishes such as the ginataang pagi (sting ray) are an exciting treat. It’s more exciting seeing a live stingray swimming behind you but testing it’s dish preparation is memorable as well. The main thing about testing food is that you make sure it’s;

1. Prepared well

2. Premises of the restaurant is clean.

3. It’s recommended by the hotel, at the least.

4. Take teaspoonful first so you know if you have allergic reaction to it.

5. Take lots of water after.
