Coy Caballes Palawan Experience Day 1

Video blogger (vlogger) Coy Caballes took a 4-day PAX (Palawan Experience) tour and we'll be sharing his travel chronicle in this blog.

It's summertime once again. And this year, after finishing tons of school work , I really needed to take a break and have a nice vacation. Puerto Princesa, Palawan is indeed the perfect destination to relax and forget about the stressful life back in Manila. Palawan is quite different from other places I visited here in the Philippines - it was more laid back, peaceful and most interestingly - clean. It's like the cleanest city in the Philippines because of their government's brilliant implementation of laws. This is also the reason why their crime rates are way down compared to popular tourist destinations here in the country. The city exuded a very cozy and friendly aura. It was cool not seeing cabs and even jeepneys because they have this localized version of tricycles which are double in size than the usual. It was refreshing not to stress about traffic for once and you can go from one place to another in just a matter of minutes - even the airport can be reached with just one short tricycle ride, how cool is that?

These two videos chronicle the fun adventures and funny misadventures of the Palawan Gang - Rick, Jherlie, Kring, Poyt and yours truly. We will take you to Legend Palawan Hotel which has the most hospitable and knowledgeable tour guides I met. We will show you the heart of the city which what makes this place amazingly unique - Crocodile Farm and Nature Park, Butterfly Garden, Baker's Hill, Mitra's Ranch, KaLui and much much more. Day 1 in this wonderful place was truly remarkable and unforgettable. It was a great start to a 4-day journey through one of the most serene spots in the planet - Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
